Special Retirement identification and analysis of the main issues in public policy

Abstract
Special retirement is one of the rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Federal Constitution intended to implement public policies focused on retirement, healthy work environment, and general worker health. Highly judicialized, it generates high public expenditure. Therefore, this study aims to review the public policy related to this right to contribute to both intergenerational and intragenerational financial sustainability. This article employs the hypothetical-deductive methodology and a multifaceted analysis that includes: exploratory techniques of statistical and scientific data, prior impact study, legislative updates, and administrative improvements in the analysis.
