Abstract

This article has the purpose to study, the delineate the historical heritage of privacy, as well as to comprehend the basic concept of computer data and information, one of them being in a raw state(data) and the other one in a state of processing and encryption(information), in addition to also portray the way that they are used by the population in online shopping which can act as a gateway for network enemies, that is why the preoccupation with the virtual and national security has shown itself as a factor that deserves attention  and loads of information for everyone to be aware of their rights  and obligations as part of this cybernetic macrocosm. Loaded with gathered information about the greatest thinkers of this subject, made it possible to create an appalling reflection on how unconscious comportment inside the virtual space can bring serious and highly dangerous consequences for the individual lives of the people who are inserted in this peculiar society.
