Abstract

The objective of this scientific article is to clarify to the academic community and other audiences, through the inductive method, the trajectory, evolution, achievements, rights, and purposes from the historical, legal and social security perspectives, demonstrating concepts and legal provisions on the social security rights of houseworkers in Brazil. Situations of racism, prejudice, social history, inequality of rights and are the problems faced mainly by houseworkers. Therefore, it is necessary to implement rights in a fair and equal manner, which advocates the appreciation of the human being so that it is possible to have the regular exercise of rights and citizenship. The effective application of the rules and the awareness of people that everyone is equal in fundamental and individual rights will provide the solidification of democracy. Thus, we will have a stronger and more consistent society to meet the needs according to the demands that social development and the laws require, so that the constant search for legality gives light to the recognition of work done with dignity and dedication.
